COMMERCIAL-GRADE TONER CARTRIDGE RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR OUR PREFERRED CUSTOMERS This is a new program for AlphaCopy customers using Canon commercial-grade copiers. Canon All-In-One cartridges remain part of the Canon Clean Earth Campaign and should continue to be returned through that program: www.usa.canon.com/cleanearth/recycle. Commercial-grade toner cartridges can be recycled in your normal community recycling program and are coded with a recycling number. The slight toner residue that remains in the empty cartridge is safe to recycle. If you cannot do this, or would like to have AlphaCopy recycle your toner cartridges for you, please do the following: MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT CUSTOMERS: Once you accumulate 15 empty toner cartridges, please call our office for a pickup. We will send a driver with a special receptacle for pickup, and will return the cartridges to the Canon Toner Container Collection Center for you. If you don't want to accumulate 15 cartridges, they can be dropped off or sent to our office, located at 13374-C Farmington Rd. Livonia, Michigan. Livonia, Michigan. Please see our Location & Map link for directions and a map. THIS PROGRAM IS FOR CANON-BRANDED CARTRIDGES ONLY. AFTERMARKET OR GENERIC CARTRIDGES WILL BE NOT ACCEPTED. Toner containers must be listed on the accepted toner container list. All toner containers must be empty and must not have any trash, liquid, non-toner residue or any other unrelated object inside of it or they will be rejected.
