CANON AUTHORIZED SERVICE FACILITY Bring your Canon imageCLASS multifunction device to our service facility for warranty and non-warranty work. If your unit is under warranty, you will need a copy of your receipt for the machine showing the purchase date. If you don't have a receipt, please call Canon at 1(800)OK-CANON for authorization. We will also perform warranty service on-site; however, since warranties are for "carry-in" service, a $50 per hour surcharge will be charged, payable at the time of service.
